The goal of the Organization: Attention should be given to the customers need on the priority basis and employees should follow core corporate values like addressing the higher authority or any client in a professional way. Space and structure: Often clients judge an organization by its size,shape,location and artifacts inside the organizational building (Bonaccio et al. 2016).Hence attention should be given to the appearance of the buildings since good structure and location of an organization may attract clients.
